आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन विभागातर्फे माॅकड्रील……

आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन विभागातर्फे दिनांक 2 फेब्रुवारी 2024 शाळेत माॅकड्रील घेण्यात आली, शाळेच्या परिसरात वणव्याने आग लागली होती ती सर्व कर्मचाऱ्यांनी विझविली परंतु अशी आपत्ती शालेय इमारतीत झाली तर सुरक्षितपणे शाळेबाहेर पडता यावे यासाठी इ.6 वी ते 12 वी च्या वर्गांची माॅकड्रील घेण्यात आली,3 मिनिटे 6 सेकंदात सर्व कॅडेट व सर्व शिक्षक -शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी शाळेबाहेर सुरक्षित आले, तसेच 3 फेब्रुवारी 2024 रोजी विद्यार्थिनींच्या वस्तीगृहात रात्री 9.20 मिनिटांनी कुलश:माॅकड्रील घेण्यात आली नंबर 1 गेट ने अहिल्या व जिजामाता कुल व नंबर 2 गेट ने दुर्गावती व लक्ष्मी कुल व सर्व मेट्रन ताई सुरक्षितपणे बाहेर आल्या हे प्रात्यक्षिक 3.06 सेकंदात पूर्ण झाले या माॅकड्रिल चे नियोजन शाळेचे पदाधिकारी यांच्या मार्गदर्शनानुसार आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन प्रमुख,सर्व शिक्षक शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी, ड्युटी मास्टर, वस्तीगृह विभाग यांनी केले होते.

~ As part of MES’s RLMSS Disaster Management Department’s initiative and training, a mock drill was conducted in the RLMSS premises on 02 Feb 24.

~ A fire that erupted at the surrounding and grew big was effectively extinguished by all the staff sensitising all the inmates (Staff and Cadets of classes VI to XII) who all were evacuated to safety in 3 minutes time.

~ Additionally on 03 Feb 24, at 2120 hrs in the Girl Cadets’ Hostel, a similar Mock Evacuation Drill was conducted.

~ Through Gate No. 1, Ahilya and Jijamata House Cadets, and through No. Gate No.2 Durgavati and Lakshmi House Cadets and all matrons were evacuated safely. The drill was completed in 3 mins and 06 seconds time by the inmates and Dorm specific Matrons.

~ Shri Sandeep Pawar, IC Disaster Management Department effectively did the briefing and conducted these drills in the most expedetious manner.

~ Shri Anant Kulkarni, the Vice Principal and PRO provided support and ensured all Adm arrangements.

~ Cadets of RLMSS were subjected progressive learning the aspects of Disaster Management and survival techniques.

~ The drill was concluded by 2210 hrs on the same day.
