Title of the Activity: One-Day Workshop on “Web Start: Empowering Young Minds Through Innovation”
Date & Day: 18 th July 2025, Friday
▪ To introduce school students to the fundamentals of web designing.
▪ To promote digital creativity and innovation among young learners.
▪ To provide hands-on experience using beginner-friendly tools like Google Sites.
▪ To foster collaboration and mentorship between engineering students and school
students.
About the Activity:
The workshop was conducted as part of the ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) initiative for
students of Grades 9 to 12 at Rani Laxmibai Mulinchi Sainiki Shala. Organized in
association with the ED (Entrepreneurship Development) Cell and the Institution’s
Innovation Council (IIC) of PES Modern College of Engineering, Pune, the event aimed
to ignite interest in web technologies among school students.
A team of enthusiastic engineering students facilitated the hands-on workshop on
Web Designing Basics using Google Sites. A total of 41 cadets of ATL club participated in the event and were divided into 10 groups, each led by a dedicated student mentor.
Participants learned to create basic websites, explore practical applications of web
design, and understand the significance of digital presence in modern times. The
interactive session encouraged creativity, collaboration, and confidence in using
digital tools.

Outcomes of the Workshop:
▪ Students gained foundational knowledge in web designing.
▪ Each group successfully created a basic functional website using Google Sites.
▪ Encouraged peer learning and collaboration through group-based tasks.
▪ Strengthened mentoring and leadership skills among engineering student
volunteers.

They met Maj Gen Viney Handa (Retd)
Dir, School of Defence Technology and discussed on future studies and Career Prospects for the Cadets of RLMSS in Defence Sector.

They also visited the Skills Centre at the University Campus and were briefed by
Dr Ganesh V Lohar about various Modules and Automation related installations which are being taught to the students.

The visit turned out to be professionally enriching and informative in our efforts to turn the opportunity beneficial for the Cadets of RLMSS in days to come.

We had the proud privilege of hosting
Wing Commander (Dr) S Srinidhi
JD-Aerospace Safety (Ornithology Cell) as part of our ongoing Motivational Visits and Lectures being arranged under the aegis of RLMSS ATL Club.

The Visiting Officer interacted with the Cadets and addressed them while sharing some valuable insights into the safety measures and good practices required to be adopted by the Cadets and Staff and impressed upon spreading enhanced Aerospace Safety awareness among the inmates as the School Premises comes under the Local Flying Area of Air Force Station Lohgaon, Pune which has ongoing and continuous Flying activities, including commercial aviation ones.

He also visited Cadets Mess, Hostel and surrounding areas and expressed his satisfaction over the environment friendly measures adopted by the School.

The Wing Commander’s interactive visit and message to the Cadets and Staff marked one of the important and memorable events which RLMSS witnessed.

The visit was well coordinated by Sou Manjiri Patil, IC ATL and Scientific Projects, RLMSS.

Cadets Abhashree and Tanvi Daundkar of Class XI did well with the compering and Event Management.

RLMSS ATL Workshop Series – 2025

Mr Ritesh Sharma & Mr Aniket, our Resource Persons from NIIT foundation, Pune.

RLMSS Bharat Scouts & Guides Unit – Inaugural Ceremony – 10 Jul 25

In a first. marking the auspicious occasion of ‘Guru Pournima‘ RLMSS had the proud privilege of starting RLMSS Bharat Scouts & Guides Unit, to be functioning under Military Training Wing.

Sou Dipali Suhas Ambekar, the Guide Leader Designate as guided by Shri Sandeep Pawar, IC Mil Trg & PRO coordinated the launch of this memorable event to become part of RLMSS’s History.

Sou Dipali Bhavsar, Sou Priyanka Ghodke and Sou Priyanka Kulkarni would be other Teachers who would be trained and inducted to be part of the Unit and the facility is extended to Cadets of Class VI to IX.

🇮🇳⚜️⚜️महाराष्ट्र एज्युकेशन सोसायटीच्या राणी लक्ष्मीबाई मुलींची सैनिकी शाळा या प्रशालेच्या इतिहासात प्रथमच भारत स्काऊट गाईड या युनिटचा उद्घाटन सोहळा गुरुपौर्णिमेचे औचित्य साधून गुरुवार दिनांक 10 जुलै 2025 रोजी अत्यंत उत्साही वातावरणात पार पडला. या उद्घाटन समारंभास प्रमुख अतिथी पुणे जिल्हा स्काऊट संघटक दिगंबर करंडे, जिल्हा प्रशिक्षण आयुक्त स्काऊट, दिलीप नेवसे, पुणे जिल्हा संघटक गाईड उषा हिवराळे, जिल्हा प्रशिक्षण समुपदेशक गाईड मालन ववले, जिल्हा ट्रेनिंग कौन्सिलर काशिनाथ जगताप व प्रा. भगवान कोकणे उपस्थित होते. सर्वप्रथम स्काऊट गाईड चळवळीचे जनक लॉर्ड बेडन पॉवेल व विद्येची आराध्य देवता माता सरस्वती यांचे प्रतिमापूजन व दीपप्रज्वलनानंतर स्काऊट गाईड प्रार्थना ने कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात झाली. सर्व संघनायक यांना स्कार्फ प्रदान करून वचनविधी देण्यात आला. यावेळी सर्व मान्यवरांनी स्काऊट गाईडच्या अभ्यासक्रमाबाबत सखोल माहिती दिली. जिल्हा प्रशिक्षण आयुक्त दिलीप नेवसे यांनी पॉवर पॉइंट प्रेझेंटेशन द्वारे विद्यार्थिनींना स्काऊट गाईड चळवळी बाबत सविस्तर मार्गदर्शन केले. मान्यवरांनी विविध प्रकारच्या टाळ्या कशा वाजवू शकतो असे बरेच उपक्रम घेतले. विद्यार्थिनींनी कार्यक्रमाचा खूप उत्साहाने आणि आनंदाने आस्वाद घेतला. सैन्य प्रशिक्षक सुभेदार नवनाथ पवार, क्रीडा शिक्षक महादेव मगर, श्री. विनायक पाटील, स्काऊट गाईड प्रमुख दिपाली आंबेकर, प्रियांका हजारे-घोडके, प्रियांका राजहंस-कुलकर्णी, दिपाली भावसार व प्रियांका गुरव यांनी कार्यक्रमाचे नियोजन केले. पाहुण्यांचा परिचय सौ. दिपाली आंबेकर यांनी केला. संपूर्ण कार्यक्रमास प्रशालेचे कमांडंट एविएन एअर विंगकमांडर यज्ञ रमण, प्राचार्या पूजा जोग, सीनियर मास्टर श्याम नांगरे, पर्यवेक्षक संदीप पवार यांचे अनमोल मार्गदर्शन लाभले. कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन इयत्ता इ. 12 वीच्या विद्यार्थिनी कॅडेट भक्ती आणि कॅडेट पद्मश्री यांनी केले. या कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन सर्व शिक्षक शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी व सैनिकी परिवाराने केले होते.

गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णुः, गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः। गुरुर्साक्षात परब्रह्म, तस्मै श्रीगुरवे नमः।। आपल्या आयुष्यात गुरूंचे खूप महत्त्वाचे स्थान आहे. दिनांक 10 जुलै राणी लक्ष्मीबाई मुलींच्या सैनिकी शाळेत गुरु पौर्णिमा साजरी करण्यात आली. विशेष म्हणजे प्रशालेच्या कॅडेट्स नेच या कार्यक्रमाचे नियोजन केले होते. इयत्ता 10 विच्या वर्गाकडे ही जबाबदारी देण्यात आली होती.
सर्वप्रथम गुरवंदन आणि गुरुस्तवन करून कार्यक्रमांची सुरवात करण्यात आली. यानंतर इयत्ता दहावीच्या विद्यार्थिनी वैभवी परांदे हिने आपल्या भाषणातून गुरुचे महत्व सांगितले. प्रशालेच्या शिक्षिका सौ दिपाली भावसार मॅडम यांनी गुरुपौर्णिमेचे महत्त्व सांगत गुरु शिष्य यांच्यातील ऋणानुबंध गोष्टीतून मांडले. इयत्ता दहावीच्या विद्यार्थिनींनी सर्व शिक्षकांना स्वतः बनवलेले बुक मार्क्स देऊन सन्मानित केले. याच कार्यक्रमात ए. एन. ओ. थर्ड ऑफिसर राजश्री गोफणे मॅडम यांनी 29 जून ते 8 जुलै 2025 दरम्यान झालेल्या एअर एनसीसी स्क्वाड्रन द्वितीय वर्षातील झालेल्या कंबाइनड ॲन्यूअल ट्रेनिंग कॅम्प अहवाल वाचला आणि त्यामध्ये पारितोषिक मिळवलेल्या कॅडेट्स चा सन्मान करण्यात आला.
त्यानंतर प्रशालेच्या मुख्याध्यापिका माननीय पूजा जोग मॅडम आणि प्रशालेचे कमांडट विंग कमांडर यज्ञ रामन सर यांनी विद्यार्थिनींना गुरुपौर्णिमेचे औचित्य साधून मार्गदर्शन केले.
कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन प्रियांजना अमोल लहाने आणि नीरजा उमेश निकम यांनी केले. कार्यक्रमाच्या शेवटी सिनियर मास्टर श्री नांगरे सर व कॅडेट तेजल निखाडे हिने आभार प्रदर्शन केले.

~ Competing among 11 Schools of Air NCC Pune, racing tough competitions, our 2nd year Air NCC JW Cadets did exceptionally well and won string of prizes and awards in the CATC-710 (Combined Annual Training Camp) held at NCC Gp Hq premises from 29 Jun to 08 Jul 2025.

~ The Val Function on 07 Jul 25 started with the energetic cultural program by the Cadets of camp.

~ The Success Story of RLMSS is repeat highlighted by the following achievements :

आज सोमवार दि. 7/7/2025 रोजी म.ए.सो. राणी लक्ष्मीबाई मुलींची सैनिकी शाळेचा 28 वा वर्धापनदिन उत्साहात साजरा झाला.
या दिनाचे औचित्य साधून प्रतिवर्षीप्रमाणे गुणगौरव समारंभाचेदेखील आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.
फेब्रुवारी 2025 मध्ये घेण्यात आलेल्या माध्यमिक व उच्च माध्यमिक शालांत परीक्षेत (इयत्ता 10 वी व 12 वी) प्रथम पाच क्रमांकाचे प्राविण्य मिळवलेल्या गौरवार्थींचा सन्मान याप्रसंगी करण्यात आला.
म.ए.सो. संस्थापक प्रतिमापूजन, सरस्वती-स्तवन व म.ए.सो. गीताने कार्यक्रमाला सुरुवात झाली.
शाळा वर्धापन दिन व गुणगौरव समारंभासाठी प्रमुख अतिथी म्हणून म.ए.सो. आबासाहेब गरवारे महाविद्यालयाचे प्राचार्य डॉ. विलास उगले तर कार्यक्रमाच्या अध्यक्षा म्हणून प्रशालेच्या महामात्रा व मएसो च्या नियामक मंडळ सदस्या प्राध्यापक सौ. चित्रा नगरकर उपस्थित होत्या.
सैनिकी शाळेचे महिला सक्षमीकरणातील अनन्यसाधारण योगदान, भारतीय रूढी व परंपरेचा वारसा आजच्या पिढीला यशस्वी होण्यासाठी कसा उपयुक्त आहे, आधुनिक तंत्रज्ञान व मोबाईलच्या अतिरेकी वापराचे दुष्परिणाम, विविध उपयुक्त वनस्पतींचे प्राथमिक उपचारांसाठी महत्त्व इ. विषयी प्रेरणादायी, मौलिक मार्गदर्शन प्रमुख अतिथींनी सर्व उपस्थितांना केले.
शाळेची गुणवत्ता, यशस्वी वाटचालीसाठी प्रत्येक घटकाचे योगदान व सहकार्य तसेच प्रत्येक कॅडेटचा उत्साहपूर्ण सहभाग याविषयी आपल्या मनोगतात अध्यक्षांनी संवाद साधला व वर्धापनदिनानिमित्त शुभेच्छा दिल्या.
गुणवंत विद्यार्थिनी व त्यांच्या पालकांनी यावेळी मनोगते व्यक्त केली. शाळेतील आठवणींना उजाळा देत प्रत्येकाविषयी कृतज्ञता व्यक्त केली.
कार्यक्रमाचे प्रास्ताविक व सूत्रसंचालन प्रशालेच्या अकॅडेमीक स्कूल कॅप्टन कॅडेट शैजल पाटील, कॅडेट भक्ती मोरे, कल्चरल कॅप्टन कॅडेट श्रद्धा बडीगर, कॅडेट पद्मश्री पवार यांनी केले.
सिनिअर मास्टर श्री. श्याम नांगरे, स्पोर्ट्स कॅप्टन कॅडेट भक्ती मुंगसे यांनी आभार मानले.
याप्रसंगी सैनिकी शाळचे कमांडंट एविएन विंग कमांडर श्री यज्ञरामन, प्राचार्या श्रीमती पूजा जोग मॅडम, पर्यवेक्षक श्री. संदीप पवार, शिक्षक -शिक्षकेत्तर व प्रशालेचे सर्व कॅडेट्स उपस्थित होते. कार्यक्रमाचे नियोजन इयत्ता 10 वी, 12 वी चे वर्गशिक्षक सौ. मंजिरी पाटील, सौ. रेखा रायपूरकर, श्री. प्रमोद झुरमुरे व श्रीमती प्रियांका हजारे यांनी केले.
कार्यक्रमाच्या यशस्वितेसाठी अश्वशाळा ते पाकशाळेशी संबंधित सर्व सैनिकी परिवाराचे सहकार्य लाभले.

आषाढी एकादशी पालखी सोहळा व अभंग स्पर्धा…

आषाढी एकादशी निमित्त प्रशालेत पालखी सोहळा व अभंग स्पर्धा घेण्यात आली.
शनिवार दिनांक 5 जुलै 2025 रोजी इयत्ता सहावी अ आणि ब या विद्यार्थिनींची राणी लक्ष्मीबाई मुलींची सैनिकी शाळा येथे पालखी व दिंडीचा सोहळा अत्यंत उत्साहात पार पडला. यामध्ये पंढरीच्या वारीची परंपरा जतन करत, विद्यार्थिनींनी विठ्ठल नामाच्या गजरामध्ये पायी दिंडी काढली. त्याचप्रमाणे आपली संस्कृती, परंपरा जपत फुगडी, रिंगण, अभंग, भक्तिगीते याचा आस्वाद घेतला. विठ्ठलाची आरती करून इयत्ता सहावीच्या कॅडेट्स यांनी अभंग सादर केला. तसेच प्रशालेतील सौ. दिपाली आंबेकर मॅडम यांनी वारीचे महत्त्व सांगून कॅडेट्सला मार्गदर्शन केले. यानंतर कुलश: अभंग स्पर्धा संपन्न झाली. अभंग स्पर्धा लहान गट व मोठा गट अशी घेण्यात आली. स्पर्धेचे मूल्यमापन सूर, ताल, लय, शब्दांचे उच्चार, आवाजातील चढ-उतार, वाद्यांचा प्रभावी वापर व एकत्रित सादरीकरण असे एकूण 25 गुणांचे मूल्यमापन करण्यात आले. सदर स्पर्धेचे परीक्षण श्री. अद्वैत जगधने, श्री. भाऊसाहेब मार्तंड, सौ. श्रेया दिघे, सौ. प्रियांका राजहंस कुलकर्णी यांनी केले. स्पर्धेचा निकाल पुढीलप्रमाणे

Goodwill visit for Community Service by RLMSS Contingent (Class IX Cadets) to Gurudwara Sahib, Akurdi.

The service visit was initiated by Smt Satwant Kaur Didi & Shri Kamaljeet Singh Mehta Bhai of Shri Gurunanak Sewa Trust, Akurdi.

Shri Sandeep Pawar, IC Mil Trg, Supervisor & PRO of RLMSS coordinated and conducted the visit on the desired lines. Sou Deepali Ambawane, the Duty Master and SrI Samir Jadhav, Estate Supervisor joined their hands in the service.

In return, The Gurunanak Sewa Trust Officials donated a consignment of Electronic Speakers to be used as part of Class Address PA System (Vargvani)

२१ जून हा आंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिन म्हणून देशभर साजरा केला जातो. म. ए. सो. राणी लक्ष्मीबाई मुलींची सैनिकी शाळेमध्ये योग दिन मोठ्या उत्साहाने साजरा केला. स्वस्थ आणि निरोगी शरीरासाठी केवळ एक दिवसांपुरती योगासने न करता दैनंदिन जीवनातही योगासने, प्राणायाम करण्याचा सल्ला कार्यक्रमाचे प्रमुख पाहुणे मनोजजी साळी सर यांनी यावेळी विद्यार्थिनींना दिला. तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांना शरीर व मनाच्या संतुलनासाठी योगाचे महत्त्व सांगून योगासनांची प्रात्यक्षिकेही करून दाखविली. यावेळी सैनिकी शाळचे कमांडंट एविएन. विंग कमांडर श्री यज्ञरामन, शाळेच्या मुख्याध्यापिका श्रीमती पूजा जोग, शाळेचे पर्यवेक्षक श्री श्याम नांगरे, श्री संदीप पवार, सर्व शिक्षक शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी व सैनिकी परिवार याप्रसंगी उपस्थित होते. शाळेचे क्रीडाशिक्षक श्री महादेव मगर, योग प्रशिक्षक प्रिती वाळके, सर्व शिक्षक -शिक्षकेतर कर्मचारी व सैनिकी परिवाराने केले होते. याप्रसंगी शाळेतील एकूण 484 विद्यार्थिनींनी तसेच सर्व शिक्षक शिक्षकेतर कर्मचारी या सर्वांनी योगासने घातली. सूत्रसंचालन कॅडेट आभाश्री शिंदीकर, कॅडेट अपूर्वा केंजळे यांनी केले. तर आभार कॅडेट तन्वी दौंडकर यांनी मानले.

शनिवार दिनांक 21 जून रोजी आकुर्डी गुरुद्वारा येथून श्री. कमल वीर व श्रीमती सतवांत कौर यांनी शाळेस भेट देऊन विविध फळा फुलांची रोपे दिली. तसेच आपल्या एन.सी.सी. च्या कॅडेटस ना शनिवार दिनांक 28 जून रोजी होणाऱ्या कार्यक्रमाचे विशेष निमंत्रण दिले. तसेच श्रीमती कौर मॅडम यांनी शाळेसाठी वर्ग वाणी देऊ केली आहे. तसेच बेस्ट कॅडेटला स्कॉलरशिप देखील देणार आहेत.

रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे साऊथ यांच्या वतीने प्रशालेस ३ डिजिटल स्मार्ट बोर्ड पॅनेल प्रदान
शनिवार दिनांक १४ जून २०२४ रोजी सैनिकी शाळेत रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे साऊथ यांजतर्फे ३ मोठ्या आकाराचे अद्ययावत डिजिटल स्मार्ट बोर्ड पॅनेल प्रदान करण्यात आले. शाळेतील मुलींच्या शिक्षणात आधुनिक पद्धतीने अध्ययन अध्यापन व्हावे यामागचा उद्देश आहे. याप्रसंगी प्रशालेत एक छोटेखानी कार्यक्रम करण्यात आला. रोटेरियन डॉ. श्री. मंदार अंबिके (प्रेसिडेंट, रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे साऊथ) हे कार्यक्रमाच्या अध्यक्षस्थानी होते. रोटेरियन CSR Head विनोदभाई आगरवाल यांनी विशेष प्रयत्न केले होते. म.ए.सो. संस्थेतून आजीव सदस्य मंडळाच्या श्रीमती नेहा देशपांडे आवर्जून उपस्थित होत्या. याप्रसंगी first lady श्रीमती प्रिया अंबिके, director Rtn. डॉ. विजया गुजराथी, Rtn. श्रीमती मनिषा बेलगावकर, Rtn श्री. राजेश बेलगावकर, Rtn. श्री. सुभाष करंदीकर, Rtn. श्रीमती श्वेता करंदीकर, Rtn. श्री. संदीप अवधानी, Rtn. श्रीमती शुभदा अवधानी, Rtn. श्री. विनायक जोशी, Rtn. श्रीमती रेखा जोशी उपस्थित होते. पुढील काळात प्रशालेच्या गरजा लक्षात घेऊन मदत करण्याचे मान्य करण्यात आले. प्रशालेचे कमांडंट श्री. एम यज्ञरमण, प्राचार्या पूजा जोग, संपूर्ण सैनिकी परिवारातील घटक उपस्थित होते. कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन प्रशालेचे सिनियर मास्टर श्री श्याम नांगरे यांनी केले.

झाशीची राणी लक्ष्मीबाई यांच्या स्मृतिप्रीत्यर्थ शाळेत अभिवादन करण्यात आले. प्रशालेतील प्रतिमेस व परिसरातील अश्वारूढ पुतळ्यास हार अर्पण करण्यात आले. याप्रसंगी राणी लक्ष्मीबाईंचे चरित्र प्रशालेतील सिनियर मास्टर श्री. नांगरे सर यांनी सांगितले.

मंगळवार दिनांक – 17/06/25 रोजी शाळेत विविध गुण दर्शन (फॅमिली टॅलेंट शो) घेण्यात आला. यात काही शिक्षक, पर्यवेक्षक व त्यांच्या मुलांनी गायन, नृत्य, अभिवाचन, भाषण, एकपात्री अभिनय, वाद्य वादन करून आपली कला सादर केली. हा कार्यक्रम माननीय कमांडंट सर हयांच्या कल्पनेतून सादर करण्यात आला होता. या कार्यक्रमाचे नियोजन शाळेच्या समुपदेशक सौं. श्रेया दिघे व शाळेचे शिक्षक श्री. मंगेश पाटील यांनी केले होते. यावेळी शाळेचे कमांडंट एविएन विंग कमांडर श्री. एम यज्ञरामन, पर्यवेक्षक व पीआरओ श्री. संदीप पवार व सैनिकी परिवारातील सर्व सदस्य व सैनिकी शाळेच्या कॅडेट उपस्थित होत्या.

आज रविवार दिनांक 15 जून शौर्य शिबिर क्रं. 2 चा दूसरा दिवस या शिबिराचे औपचारिक उद्घाटन शाळेचे कमांडंट एविएन विंग कमांडर एम. यज्ञरामन सर यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाने झाले. त्यानंतर सर्व कॅडेटस चे व्यायाम व मनोरंजक खेळ क्रीडा प्रशिक्षक श्री. ऋतुराज गुरव व श्री. विनायक पाटील यांनी घेतले.

शुक्रवार दिनांक १३ जून २०२५ रोजी शाळेत शिक्षक कार्यशाळा घेण्यात आली. कार्यशाळेची सुरुवात सरस्वती स्तवनाने झाली. पहिल्या सत्रात मागील वर्षीच्या विविध समिती आढावा व मा. कमांडंट सरांचे मार्गदर्शन झाले. दुसऱ्या सत्रात सुप्रसिद्ध शिक्षणतज्ञ डॉ. सुलभा विधाते यांनी नवे शैक्षणिक धोरण व नवा शैक्षणिक आराखडा अत्यंत्य सोप्या भाषेत शिक्षकांना सांगितला. नव्या शैक्षणिक धोरणाला सामोरे जाताना शिक्षकाने कसे तत्पर राहिले पाहिजे याची जाणीव करून देण्यात आली. प्रशालेच्या प्राचार्या श्रीमती पूजा जोग यांनी डॉ. सुलभा विधाते यांचे आभार मानले. तिसऱ्या सत्रात प्रशालेतील समुपदेशक श्रीमती श्रेया श्रीगोंदेकर यांनी शिक्षकांचे शैक्षणिक खेळ घेतले. खेळातून विविध शैक्षणिक मूल्ये स्पष्ट केली. समारोपाच्या सत्रात प्रशालेचे महामात्र डॉ. उमेश बिबवे सर यांनी शालेय शिस्त व एकोपा याचे महत्त्व स्पष्ट केले. कार्यशाळेतील सर्वांचे आभार श्री. जगधने सरांनी मानले. कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचलन श्री. नांगरे सर यांनी केले.

आज दिनांक 12 जून 2025 रोजी, महाराष्ट्र एज्युकेशन सोसायटीच्या क्रीडा वर्धिनी चे संस्थेतील क्रीडा शिक्षकांसाठीचे क्रीडा शिबिर म.ए.सो. राणी लक्ष्मीबाई मुलींच्या सैनिकी शाळेत उत्साहात सुरु झाले. या शिबिराचे उद्घाटन कबड्डी खेळाच्या पहिल्या महिला अर्जुन पुरस्कार विजेत्या श्रीमती शकुंतला खटावकर, कौन्सिलर श्री. शिरीष आपटे, म.ए.सो. संस्थेच्या नियामक मंडळाचे अध्यक्ष मा. श्री. बाबासाहेब शिंदे, क्रीडा वर्धिनी चे अध्यक्ष श्री. विजय भालेराव, समन्वयक श्री. शैलैश आपटे, संस्थेचे सचिव श्री. अतुल कुलकर्णी, सहसचिव श्री. सुधीर भोसले, सैनिकी शाळेचे कमांडंट एविएन विंग कमांडर एम. यज्ञरामन आणि शिबिर समन्वयक डॉ. उमेश बिबवे यांच्या उपस्थितीत झाले. महाराष्ट्र शासनाचा जीवन गौरव पुरस्कार मिळाल्याबद्दल संस्थेच्या माजी विद्यार्थिनी व कबड्डीच्या अर्जुन पुरस्कार विजेत्या श्रीमती शकुंतला खटावकर यांचा विशेष सन्मान नियामक मंडळ अध्यक्ष श्री. बाबासाहेब शिंदे यांच्या हस्ते करण्यात आला. या प्रसंगी आपल्या मनोगतात श्रीमती शकुंतला खटावकर यांनी खेळाचे महत्त्व सांगून म.ए.सो. संस्थेने दिलेल्या प्रोत्साहनाबद्दल आभार व्यक्त केले. अतिथी मनोगतात श्री. शिरीष आपटे यांनी खेळाडूंचे व्यक्तिमत्त्व घडविण्यात क्रीडा शिक्षकांचा सिंहाचा वाटा असतो असे सांगितले. अध्यक्षीय मनोगतात श्री. बाबासाहेब शिंदे यांनी सांगितले की विद्यार्थ्यांना शारीरिक व मानसिक सुदृढ, निरोगी ठेवण्यासाठी क्रीडा शिक्षकांनी नवनवीन तंत्रज्ञानाचा उपयोग केला पाहिजे असे सांगितले. या क्रीडा शिबिरात विविध खेळांची मैदाने, नियम यांविषयी व्याख्याने व प्रात्यक्षिके होणार आहेत.

महाराष्ट्र एज्युकेशन सोसायटीच्या म. ए. सो. मुकुंददास लोहिया कॉलेज ऑफ इंजिनिअरिंग या नवीन शाखेच्या इमारतीचे भूमिपूजन श्री मुकुंद भवन ट्रस्टचे विश्वस्त मा. श्री. आदित्य लोहिया आणि त्यांची पत्नी सौ. खुशबू यांच्या हस्ते आज (शनिवार, दि. १७ मे २०२५)  दुपारी २:३० वाजता अतिशय आनंदाच्या व उत्साहाच्या वातावरणात करण्यात आले. कर्वे रस्त्यावरील म. ए. सो. गरवारे महाविद्यालयाच्या आवारात ही नवी इमारत बांधण्यात येणार आहे.

याप्रसंगी मा. श्री. पुरुषोत्तम लोहिया, म.ए.सो. च्या नियामक मंडळाचे मा. अध्यक्ष श्री. बाबासाहेब शिंदे, मा. उपाध्यक्षा सौ. आनंदीताई पाटील, लोहिया परिवारातील सदस्य, म. ए. सो. चे सचिव डॉ. अतुल कुलकर्णी, संस्थेच्या नियामक मंडळाचे आणि आजीव सदस्य मंडळाचे सदस्य आदी मान्यवर या वेळी उपस्थित होते.

या वेळी मा. श्री. बाबासाहेब शिंदे यांच्या हस्ते मा. श्री. आदित्य लोहिया व मा. श्री. पुरुषोत्तम लोहिया यांचा तर मा. सौ. आनंदीताई पाटील यांच्या हस्ते लोहिया परिवारातील सदस्यांचा सत्कार करण्यात आला.
