for the cadets of classes VI to XI.
AIM –
Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog in partnership with The Global Education & Leadership Foundation (tGELF), had curated and launched a module on Ethical Leadership in
Tinkering and Innovation for the Atal Tinkering Labs initiative.
This module primarily focusses on educating and enabling students about four keys concepts –
Leadership Skills, Ethics, Altruism and Decisive Action and their relevance in pursuit of technological innovation.
The talk emphasised on holistic development of Cadets, through integration of value-based components into academic curriculum using an experiential approach, aimed towards creating mindful, strong, ethical citizens, leaders and change makers, thereby enabling them to contribute to a better future for the country and the world. Core values for an ideal leadership like Trust, Care, Sharing, Communication etc were explained with real life scenarios which is sure to help the participants in charting their vision for themselves. The goal is to empower students to embrace and practice ethical leadership.
ATL Cadet Reps of class XI and IX shared their opinions and ATL Incharge Mrs Manjiri Patil concluded the session with valuable insights into the speech.
The event was well coordinated by Mrs.Vaishali Shinde, Science Dept, RLMSS.
